I’ve been shopping with Macy’s for years and can say I’m a very satisfied customer. I bought these sneakers from Macy’s and they sent me a USED pair of sneakers. I was disgusted and disappointed. I will thoroughly be checking my purchases from now on.

Received Dirty Shoes!

Received shoes that were dirty and I was totally disappointed. The shoes are cute but the fact that they sent the same shoes that I tried on in store and the salesperson acknowledged that they were dirty but mailed them anyway is just absurd. I'll see how comfortable they are and follow up.

Fit is wrong

Beautiful shoe but the fit is all wrong. There is something at top of shoe that doesn’t feel right. Shoes seems to run small in width but shoe is gorgeous. Will be returning
