Really really bad customer service.

Would like to say how bad this customer service interaction was, for a simple online order and pick up, and then return it. I ordered it on December 24th, with the shoe being shown as available on December 24th in about 2 hours (it was a piece of the outfit I was wearing that night). When I showed up to pick up, the shoes weren’t available. The shoes became available, not lie, over a week and half after the date shown in the website. I showed up to return it, since I didn’t wear it that night and I no longer wanted, as I purchased a different pair of shoes similar to that one, elsewhere. That’s when things got even worse. As I got the email letting me know, the store selected had the shoes available for pickup, the representative working that day, only made things worse. She initially told me the shoes weren’t available. And because they weren’t there, I couldn’t return it, or start the process of refunding it. Not to mention her really bad attitude and horrible customer service. I went back the next day, hoping to get a different representative. The “found” the shoes that day. But because I didn’t have my ID on me, when showing proof of purchase, email confirmation, and everything else, they didn’t allow me to do it so. Finally, after a long hustle, I was able to return and get a refund. Probably won’t ever order anything from them.

Satisfied buyer

So I bought one to see the quality of the shoe and on the it was delivered after seeing the classy design and quality leather i immediately bought another color and a small size for my son making 3 purchase. In a nutshell am surprised at the quality of the for the price I paid. I initially bought it the Witt the intention to return should it not suit my demands. So yes am pleased and satisfied with my purchase. Buy it can’t go wrong on this.
