Can’t get right

The app is horrible and customer service is just laughable . Tried several times to update my address and somehow my purchase still was sent to the wrong address even though the customer service rep said they would call before shipping so it would not go to the wrong address. Get an email the next day that my order shipped and to the wrong address. I called four times about my order to have it corrected and it never was out of frustration I just canceled the order and won’t be ordering anything else from the app

I love this perfume, it’s very soft but also strong. Do check the product in store before buying, this may not be everyone’s cup of tea
