ARRIVED USED!!!!!! WoW Macy's... REALLY???

I HARDLY EVER write reviews let alone include photos, even when service is bad... BUT>>>> The glasses arrived USED!!! HOW UNSANIITARY! They were in the case no wrap, with finger print/smudges... and a plastic cover on only one arm. The other missing. Then the glass clothe/cover was balled up not in plastic or packaged. To add, there was no cloth to clean the glasses was not included. The booklet fell out. I also purchased a pair of Versace glasses and they came packaged beautifully. I could tell the difference right away. I am very disappointed with Macy's at this time. Very! I expect MUCH BETTER service from Macy's. SMH
