This bag never ships out

Macys keeps saying processing and it never ships from Vendor Its been a week now, I called customer service and they told me I can't cancel? What? Just keep waiting and maybe it will ship.

i truly recommend it.

This is cute and a good size to put on your shoulder or to hand carry. I need a white color bag that i deserved. I bought it on sale,and saves a half of muney.I am happy with it.
