Elegant Semi-formal

This was Perfect for a Board Member Photos/Luncheon! I gave it a 4 only because the side zipper is either too high or maybe too long to zip up without help - also, it was too long and had to be altered but I Am 5'4, so no one's fault!

Very disappointed!

First... the measurements are wrong. I ordered according to the measurements and it was too big for me. Second, the blouse fabric is cheap! It's very poor quality! It looks so different in the photo... I received it today and today I'm eager to return it, of course!
