It was damaged when it arrived. The material is too fragile. This is not the first time I've been shipped items that were clearly damaged!!! I returned it.

Beautiful Dress... BUT

Beautiful, slight hint of glitter. The quality control/shipping dept. is absolutely HORRIBLE! WHY? THE dress arrived bunch up in a plastic bag, with numerous snags and pulls. This is a beautiful, very delicate sheath style, light gray with a quiet shimmer. When the 1st dress arrived, a mess, full of snags! I immediately reordered a new dress, hopeful for a better out come! I willingly paid the extra fee for 2dy express delivery. I called customer service to help me locate the dress in the store. (time wasted!) BTW... The Grey tie affair was 02/21/25. I'm still getting tex msg informing me of expected delivery for the dress. I can't make this $$*% up. I think it's Time sever ties Macys. 35yrs been long enough. If you're not willing to tach can't take time to teach your wearhouse staff how to ship delicate items, AND teach your customer service agents NOT to ask the customer how to spell a city or... whats the zip code and include the digit code that goes after. 😟

Very cheap looking dress, didn’t look like on the picture. Didn’t even feel like putting it on.
