Ripped as we unloaded it from car!

Packed my daughter’s belongings as she was moving into her freshman dorm and it immediately ripped as we unloaded it from the car!! The back ripped from the handles and we were intentional of not making it heavy. Clothes were all over the parkland lot. What a waste of money. I had purchased two and they both ripped. Also the cashier at Macy’s didn’t know how to return the product because it was from a third party and inaccurately returned 1 of 2 products and I was credited an inaccurate amount. Horrible experience.

Love it!

Great when needing to carry and protect large amounts of clothing on hangars. Also great for packing/storing bedding. Great price, I’ve bought three of them and will probably buy more! I also love the pink color, it’s so happy and cheerful!
