Lack support

I purchased dark brown in 6.5 and fit true size. Purchased these for work, for office setting. Shoe is really pretty, vibrant color but not what I expected. Would not wear for prolonged periods of walking or standing. They are lightweight but I feel they lack support . Best described as if I was walking directly on cardboard, they feel flat.
