Cute - but damaged

The shoes were very cute and comfy. However, they arrived with scratches/pieces of the color missing from both shoes. I emailed customer service and have yet to receive a response. It's been over a week.

Gorgeous Chunky Heel

Love the muted gold color. The chunky heel helps with comfort. I have a very slim foot and I feel like the shoe runs a little big, specifically with the back strap that wraps around the heel. Aside from the strap in the back, I really like the shoe!

incredibly painful and cheap material, I only wore them for one hour and had incredibly painful blisters and cuts.

Shoes

They are cute and look like a return. There was hair and lent attached to the shoes when i opened them. I dont mind a return but please make sure the shoes are presentable and no one else hair is on the shoes.
