Broke after two uses

Used it twice and already broke. This is the second Dyson I bought that has broken. Never purchasing again.

Curls would not stay in

Loved the look and feel but unfortunately the curls would not stay in. By the time I headed out they would drop out and leave my hair looking messy.

Not versatile for all hair types

Purchased a month ago for short to mid length curly hair. I had heard the air flow is very adjustable. Not adjustable enough for me. Lowest setting is still too strong. I find it awkward to hold and move around my head. Maybe I will get used to that. But most importantly for le is the curling iron is a disappointment! Unless your hair is quite long it wont wrap and stay on the attachment b/c there is no clip to hold it there. So overall this purchase, for me, was a bust. It is best suited to long hair

Absolutely wonderful!

I am 70 and didn’t know if I would be able to figure out how to use this hair dryer/ styling product! I didn’t even need to read the directions. It was so easy and I LOVE it! My hair drys in half the time. It is worth the money!
