Do Not Order This Vacuum

My Macy's account showed the item had shipped and listed a delivery date but that date is long past and I never received the vacuum. 2+ weeks and the item is still in listed as "on the way." After multiple calls and chats with Macy's I've been told the item was shipped back to Dyson? No one could explain why and I was told I have to wait for Dyson to confirm they got it back before they can refund me. So I'm expected to pay $400+ for a vacuum I didn't get and Macy's knows I didn't get. Buyer Beware.

Vacuum never arrived
I was really excited to receive this vacuum, but it never arrived due to a shipping delay. Unfortunately, I was not offered a replacement (only a refund), and the sale price is no longer available.

Much heavier than expected. Too strong to work on thin area rugs.

Never but from Macy’s.
This was my first experience with Macy’s. I will NEVER order from them again! I never received my Dyson vacuum. They said it was lost in transit which maybe it was. This would have been my THIRD Dyson since I liked them so much. It was a nightmare. Then I had to make several calls to Macy’s and UPS to try and locate it. I just didn’t feel like I got any help. They said I would receive my refund in about 10 days.

Terrible Customer Service. Product never arrived.
My order never arrived and dealing with Macy’s to get the refund process completed was a week long, very tiring and time wasting experience. I had to reach out to seven different customer service associates over four days to get a straight answer and my refund processed. Only the last associate ended up being helpful and getting me accurate info, but not one followed through with everything they said they would take care of. Won’t shop with Macy’s again.
