I am extremely dissatisfied with the Dyson Ball vacuum cleaner. The unit is excessively heavy and difficult to maneuver, making it impractical for regular use. It also performs very poorly on runners and small carpets, failing to clean them effectively. In addition, the vacuum is difficult to disassemble and repack into its original box, which has made the return process unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating. Having to return this product has been a complete waste of time. Considering the high cost and reputation of the brand, this product does not meet reasonable expectations. I would not recommend it.
Disappointed
Don't buy this vacuum cleaner! Dyson changed the rotator brush to a larger circumference, and it does not spin fast enough to work on carpet. It does not move on carpet! I thought I was going to have a heart attack trying to push it! Dyson, please bring back the old Animal 3 that works. I'm disappointed and will never be able to buy a Dyson again.

Dyson contacted me after I called to say that vacuum was broken and unable to function properly. They asked for a video of the problem even though I replaced the vacuum in the box. I wanted an exchange but I am getting push back. Now I am so upset by the response and the fact that I need to prove this, that I no longer want this product.

Do Not Order This Vacuum
See other reviews that also indicate the same problem with the item never arriving. My Macy's account showed the item had shipped and listed a delivery date but that date is long past and I never received the vacuum. 2+ weeks and the item is still in listed as "on the way." After multiple calls and chats with Macy's I've been told the item was shipped back to Dyson? No one could explain why and I was told I have to wait for Dyson to confirm they got it back before they can refund me. So I'm expected to pay $400+ for a vacuum I didn't get and Macy's knows I didn't get. Buyer Beware.
