We bought this in the Black Friday sales. The light is both helpful and disturbing at the same time - good to see the difference the vacuum makes. Prefer the option of a ‘trigger’ power button as enables you to vacuum one handed. Sometimes it still pushes items around the floor rather than vacuuming.

Satisfactory
I bought this a few days ago and it’s not as powerful as I had thought and read. Hair on the carpet don’t get picked up. Also it doesn’t run on silk carpets and gets stuck. Hardwood floors are easy to clean.

I am getting use to using the different tools
I love the convinence of the wand/brush inside for cleaning the couch , and I never realized all that accumalates all the floors, that light is awesome.

Great attachments
Great product love the light on the floor attachment .Only thing I find it is a bit heavy

Good points and a few detractors
Mixed feelings at this point. Vacuums the floor well enough, and better than my prior machine, so that is a positive. The downside is that for an expensive product, some things seem flimsy, and the attachments basically don’t fit on the wall bracket. You mean I have to purchase an extra bit of kit so I don’t have to find alternate space for attachments, that I then have to dig out of wherever I put them. As to the flimsy bit. Pricy machine with cheesy plastic wheels? Metal mesh screen in bin is already bent because someone tapped out the dust/hair that had accumulated on said screen? Almost feels like it is as thin as tin foil. Ah, well, had I known I might have not shelled out the money, which even on sale, was a lot considering what it is, and what is in the box, and not in the box. Time will tell about the battery. That was the weak spot on my prior machine (not Dyson, so fingers crossed). Good thing is folks at home like how well it cleans the floor.
