What a beast!

Reckon your carpet is clean??? Run over it with the new Gen5 and be shocked. I'd literally just finished steam cleaning my carpet, and once dry I thought I'd just quickly go over it with the my new Dyson. Sand! Sand came up! This thing is a beast! Also, turn your lights off in a room with hard floors, grab the hard floor cleaner and turn the little LED light on. Snowflakes of dirt everywhere. This thing is insane and worth every cent!

Wall dock

The vacuum is fine. It's the wall dock that's a waste of plastic. It comes with the wall plate attached and there's no getting it off so you can screw it into the wall!

Way too heavy!

I can’t believe Dyson made such an extremely HEAVY vacuum!!! Now my back hurts every time I use it!. I wish it was smaller just to keep the weight down. If it wasn’t for that I’d have given it 5 stars.

Excellent product – Powerful, quiet and efficient!

Review I’ve been using this product for over a month now and I’m genuinely impressed! The battery lasts much longer than expected, and the filtration system is incredibly effective. It easily maneuvers around furniture and tight spaces, making cleaning much faster and more enjoyable. The performance has been consistent, and I love how lightweight and quiet it is. Totally worth the investment—highly recommended!

Brilliant on Ultra fine cat hair!

I have been looking for a vacuum that will really pick up very fine cat hair, after 2 purchases failed, finally decided to go with Dyson. Yes, they are more expensive, but boy, do they work. I was embarrassed by how many times I had to empty the catcher when I used it on the carpet for the first time! Wish I had brought this before I got the other ones. It is a bit heavy, but not too noisy. I find the attachments can be hard to take off (I'm older and don't have a huge amount of strength or dexterity) but for cleaning it is great. They way the head swivels is great, it can get right under beds and chairs.
