Doesn’t work on rugs and carpets

Does not work on rugs at all! Head stops spinning immediately and I have tried all the troubleshooting. Just pushes larger pieces of dirt around and never sucks it up.

Great vacuum

This is my 2nd Dyson vacuum, I wouldn't buy any other vacuum now. Great lightweight vacuum, easy to use and maneuver and clean out and excellent for people with stairs. Great battery time and always picks up everything with it's good filtration and attachments.

Dyson v8/12 months review

Relatively light weight and a quality product that performs as advertised. Battery is more than adequate to vacuum home without stopping to recharge. Disposal system of V7 and V8 is much improved on earlier models.

Did not love it

I really want to love this vacuum but unfortunately did not, its so heavy that it gives me blisters the first time I used it. Love the high suction mode but would only give me 10-15 mins of usage time and battery died.

Use for outdoor patio

Use for outdoor patio is not good as wheels wear out quickly and not able to pick up more than dust. I have had half dozen Dysons and they are all the same as the wheels wear out on unsealed tile and small leaves or even possum poo pellets will not be lifted into the vacuum. Would love to see a dyson that could do better with this and make the wheels replaceable.

Poor Battery Performance

I just purchased my Dyson…fully charged the battery and hung it up on the charger…used it for the 1st time, got 10 minutes of suck out of the battery and then it died…what gives…
