Fantastic Sole but Upper stinks!

These could have been the best, but sadly I returned them. All these Eastland Wedge Sandals have the most fantastic sole and footbed - Very, Very comfortable. The kind of shoe you could wear to a party or wedding & know that you could walk and stand around longer than you could barefoot or in flats, but sadly, they aren't as comfortable on the upper. I look for a leather upper in sandals I'd want to wear barefoot - less rubbing or digging and they breathe. So I was very excited to see these had a leather upper in a great style. I get these and they've unnecessarily lined the upper with a plasticky material! They so did not need it - the leather was thick enough (but not too) on it's own! I considered trying to remove it, but because they'd stitched it, Now it would be too weak without the lining! Ugh! With the plastic, my feet immediately felt hot, and the edges sort of dug in just sitting there - I Knew they'd really hurt walking around. Why?! So very bummed!

Comfy

Very soft insole and comfortable to wear. Very stylish too! The size is just right. Love the color and goes with everything. I have been wearing with denim shorts and tank tops to show the off. I love them.

Comfortable and a great fit!!!

I have very wide feet. I purchased a black pair of Eastland wedges. OMG. Best fit and so comfortable. I felt like the shoes were personally made for me! I’m shopping for a pair of Eastland boots for winter!

Enjoyment with every step

I love this shoe for this reasons. It added height to my appearance , the design helps to support your arches while the placement of the straps help to slenderizes the foot. The cushion insole conforms to the foot, making walking a pleasurable experience.

Slippery Cloth material for foot.

I give a low rating because I bought these for everyday use walking running errands and first off trying them on the memory foam is very welcoming but the material is slippery and didn’t make me feel stable. I felt like I could brake an ankle if I were to walk around in them. I took them back

Great summer slide

I love this shoe. I love the dark rich brown leather. I also love the lift of the shoe. I had been looking for a slide like this for a while. It’s very comfortable too.
