Customer service for shoe satisfaction

Nelsa, saleswoman, was friendly, not pushy, and encouraged me to wander the floor to see all my choices of loafers. I found 3 loafers and carried them over to Nelsa's section. The behind the scenes people running for the shoe sizes were quick. At the checkout, I didn't want to use my Macy's card for budgeting reasons, and she was very understanding about my decision to use a credit card of my choice. The Easy Spirit loafers are super comfortable and is true to size.

So Comfy

These are the most comfortable shoes I have. I have them in navy and cognac and just ordered them in black so that I can cover a better range of outfits and not put so much wear on my navy shoes. I keep a pair of slip on Sketchers under my desk at the office so that I can have something comfy on while walking around the building, but when I wear my Easy Spirit loafers, I don’t need to slip on the Sketchers. They are durable and pair well with most tapered bottoms.

Great shoes but wrong color description

Shoe looks and feels great. I ordered the cognac color as seen described at Macys online. The color delivered was described on the box as Medium brown and did not match the cognac picture online either. I ordered cognac again and once again received medium brown in name and color. Same result in the store. Macys needs to delete cognac image and name online and change both image and color to medium brown to give true advertising.

Shipping

Macys has the worst, most unreliable shipping service of anywhere I order from. Done. If you want what you order in a reasonable and predictable amount of time don’t order items for shipping!
