Comfortable New shoes

OMG! I was hesitant because these look like "old lady shoes", but I overcame that and they are comfy! Such a fine purchase!

Picture showed Black

I ordered these shoes cute, a little wide Picture and "dot" to order showed black, my mistake Didn't read description of shoe, cute shoes but Pattern not my style, returned them. As always clerk was very kind, and courteous!

Color shown is wrong!

These sandals seem nice but the color is off. I ordered the snakeskin color which the showed a picture of a black shoe online .I thought that was strange but ordered it because I wanted a black sandal. What came was a color called ivory and the sandal has an ivory color with a light gray snakeskin print running thru it! Now I'm not sure what snakeskin is supposed to look like! Did someone pull the wrong color from stock or is the wrong picture shown online? While I don't mind the color the size 9 I ordered was too long. I usually wear 8-8 1/2 so I guess the 8 would be better, but I'm not sure what color I would even receive if I reordered it. So this is going back to the store, whenever that reopens?!
