Good morning... The pillows are very fluffy. When I bought, I applied a coupon for a gift (apparently pillowcases) that would be sent along with the pillow. Today I opened the package and there was no gift. Is it possible to receive it? That is main reason for the 2 stars evaluation l

These pillows have been sealed in the box it was shipped in and opened today, there are beetle like insects in the packaging and insect legs! NOPE!!
