Not a good pillow

This by far a terrible pillow. It was not cheap, yet it has an abundance of feather quills in it. It makes crunching noise, and I have thrown it aside. 1 Star because it looks like a pillow.

Thank you for your order and trying the item out. So because by design this is a feather pillow you will have that traditional feather sound from the quills. We of course make all types of pillows including the much softer down pillows. We urge you to return it to the store and instead try the quitter down pillows under the Eddie Bauer collection.
