Way too long and wide for a short petite frame

These are cute but too long and overall too wide for me. Ordered XS, I am 5’3” 100lbs 22 inches waist. The pant legs literally fall under my shoes and drag on ground. Waist is okay, a little big, the legs are just really massive , way too wide for my petite frame. Length is at least 3 inches too long for me.

The waist band is twisted

The waist band is twisted after one wear and wash. I cannot straighten it out again and am very frustrated. I purchased two pairs and happened to both.
