Pretty but there was no clasp

This choker had no clasp, so I will be returning it. It would not fit over my head. But the description seemed to indicate there was a clasp.

Ordered 6 of these for gift giving BUT

For the past few years and moreso recently, Macy’s has been sending terrible boxes and sometimes none for fine jewelry. I spend a lot for gift giving on jewerly and for myself and these items are put in cheap plastic bags, and no decent boxes for giving. What a joke!! Terrible customer service and no way to complain except to a call center in Indonesia. This is unacceptable, Macy’s!! Fix it. Please. These necklaces were just thrown in a little box for shipping. Unbelievable.

Lovely Choker Necklace!

I’m very, very happy with my purchase. I see it on my friend and bought the set on the flash sale. I’ve been wearing the set everyday since I received it. Looks good layered! I also have to mention I’m glad a reviewer posted on how to open and close the choker. Thank you! It was SO HELPFUL! 👍.
