Is this really an Effy necklace?

The necklace is just okay. I have several pieces from Effy, and this one lacks the luster of the others. The chain and diamonds are dull. I am not entirely convinced it is Effy brand because it arrived in a Macy's box and doesn't have a lobster claw lock or panther tag.

Does not come with the EFFY Box
