Do not purchase jewelry from Macys!

This was a gift to my brother for his 70th birthday in December ‘2023, he only wore a few time stone fell middle stone fell out for no reason. Spoke with customer service they will not replace because it was after 30 days, that shows quality is bad and Macys takes no responsibility for selling poor quality merchandise!

stone keeps falling out.

very bad quality. the stone falls out of this ring, well actually two of the three that I've purchased. easily scared. if you slightly hit something, it will scratch the ring. not happy at all.

POOR CRAFTMANSHIP

This ring is beautiful but is poorly made! It hasn't even been a week since my husband wore it and the onyx fell off and is now missing. I plan on returning for a full refund. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Buyer Beware!

The Onyx fell off the ring the very first day i wore the ring- very cheaply made - returned it immidiately !
