So pretty but just doesn't work for me

I am a huge fan of the Eliot Danori line of jewelry. This was so pretty with green center crystal and I had high hopes. Unfortunately, the stones started flipping within seconds of putting the necklace on. Would be great for a photo shoot but not for a live event where you are moving around. So disappointed! It will have to go back.
