I love this Elite Gourmet - Elite Gourmet EHB1062 Variable Step-less Speed Immersion Hand Blender 500 Watts with Turbo, Stainless Steel Blades, Pressure Controlled Stick Mixer, Sauces, Soup, Smoothies, Baby Food, Stainless Steel and I love it. I mainly use it for beans since my hands can no longer use the smasher and this helps me avoid having to use the big blender. I use this even to make salsa and smoothies.

Excellent Hand Mixer
I am so happy with this hand mixer. It is really easy to use and has a variable speed that allows you to control how fast or slow to blend. I have used it so far for breakfast treats, but cannot wait for cooler weather to try it out on soups that require some blending. It is also very easy to assemble and take apart and goes straight in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

I love this immersion blender
I love everything about this Elite Gourmet Variable Stepless Speed Immersion Hand blender. As a woman who loves to cook and loves to preserve and can lots of spaghetti sauces, pizza sauce, and soups this immersion blender is a wonderful product. The blender is very easy to work and really helps break down tomatoes and things to really make a wonderful sauce. I love how easy this is to clean as well and has a nice amount of power to it making blending time easy and takes little effort.

Awesome
I love this. I have always wanted one and it's better than I thought it would be. There was a bit of a learning curve having never used one before but it was very easy to handle once I knew what I was doing. It's is sturdy and seems like it will hold up very well over time.

Great for smoothies
Wanted so I didn’t have to drag out my huge blender to make smoothies! It is the perfect size and just as powerful as my large blender. It came nicely packaged and clear instructions on how to use it.

Very high quality product
This hand blender is very high quality and works so well. You can tell just by the weight of this item that it is made with very good products. It has a great pressure controlled power button. I am very happy with it. I use it to mix my protein shakes.

Great Immersion blender
My wife and I like to make our kids homemade applesauce and an immersion blender is a mush for the texture my kids prefer. This immersion blender is fantastic and give me the perfect consistency I'm looking for while blending.

Love this tool!
This immersion blender is such a simple tool and yet is so helpful. I've used it to make sauces and toppings and soups and it worked prefecture. Plus, it's so easy to clean. Stores in two pieces easily too.
