Heaven!

This pillow is a piece of heaven! It fluffs nicely and molds to your needs. I have another of these and it has traveled the world with me and ten years later is still perfect.

Not perfect - but it got there!

When I opened the box there was a very strong perfume smell from the pillow packaging; and unfortunately the pillow smelled the same, but to a lesser degree. I hung it on the line for a few days and thankfully the smell disappeared. After that a dream come true. Just right for my sleep position.

just the right softness

I love this pillow and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a softer pillow, yet, just the right amount of substance to stay firm enough where it keeps your neck aligned while sleeping. I’m someone who really likes softness in a pillow while sleeping, so keep that in mind when looking to order. I’ll definitely buy this pillow, again!

Returned

Had to return it. It had been used. There was an unbearably strong cologne scent and a mark (indentation) from someone’s head. Very disappointing.

Down pillow

Live this one but it crackles. It is definitely improving over time but i almost returned. I put two pillow cases on it to help.

part feather and crunchy cover

This is says 100% down, it's not. Its 75% down. But the reason I returned it is that it does not feel "luxurious". The outer shell is very crunchy compared to all other down pillows I have.
