Had some issues with the movers, but besides that the sofa is amazing. It’s hard to not fall asleep within seconds of sitting on it!

comfortable to seat on it and durable. delivery was fast and on time. my only issue is that I was supposed to received two pillows for my chair, I only got one. please send back the othe one . thank you

My husband and I bought the Elliot 2 piece sectional sofa sight unseen, online, because of all the wonderful reviews. We were quite nervous about doing that but couldn't be more happy with the purchase and glad we took the risk. It was delivered yesterday. This is exactly what I have been envisioning in our living room for years. Perfect color, size, style and comfort. We bought the gypsy taupe color which is a beautiful soft brown and matches our houndstooth arm chair perfectly. Of course it needs some breaking in but for us, comfortable right from the start, I even went to sleep on it last night and found it difficult to leave and go to my bed. The white glove delivery men were very courteous and excelled at their job. They also moved the existing sofa to our garage for us. We just had our hardwood floors refinished and they were very respectful of that too. Although they had felt pads they offered us, we opted to use our own and they helped place them on the legs as well as setting up the sectional. We purchased this sofa at a tremendous closeout sale price and it was well worth the money as was the white glove delivery service. The two girls from Macy's I conversed with during this transaction were very helpful and answered every question promptly. My husband and I couldn't be more satisfied with this transaction. Thank you Macy's and your wonderful employees.
Exactly what I wanted....
I bought the couch and chair a few years back and wanted this too but it wasn't in my budget and I already have a coffee table. My family always wants to put their feet up while watching tv and i never love my coffee table so I decided to purchase this and ditch the coffee table. Its the perfect height. Holds a large tray nicely for remotes and such. Give a size, the storage compartment is huge and holds several throw blankets making it more useful than just an ottoman. The gray color is nice... taupe gray. My couch and chair are actually the tan/brown color and now wish I got the gray.
Best Couch/Sectional ever
I bought this sectional in December of 2011 and it has been the best purchase I have ever made. The couch still looks and feels the way it did the first month I bought it. If it was up to me and if i had the room, I would buy another one and put it in another room in my house. The Elliot couch is comfortable and structurally sound. I love this sectional and you will not be disappointed in this purchase.
Horrible!!!!
So disappointed in this sectional. Have had for a little over a year now and was hoping it just needed to “break in” a little bit. No such luck. Actually choosing to sit on floor now as it is more comfortable. Unless you are looking for furniture that is basically like sitting on a church pew, I would definitely not recommend this sectional.
Great purchase
We got this ottoman to match our sectional and it looks great. The top is firm so that a tray could be placed on top and used as a coffee table. Bonuses are the fact it is a storage ottoman and it is on wheels.
Quality piece of furniture
Very pleased with the whole experience with this Sectional. i wanted a different color than the standard so had to special order. Was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks, but it was ready after 4 weeks. Love the way this looks and feels, very comfortable and everyone who has seen it loves it. Have to also add the delivery team that brought it was outstanding. I have a tight entrance and they went above and beyond to make sure they could get the biggest piece through the doorway. Thank you Macys!
