Elliot II 108" Fabric 2-Pc. Sleeper Sofa Sectional, Created for Macy's

I purchased this couch because when i saw it at the store it was comfortable and the color i was looking for. After receiving the couch within a week the back cushions already started to look horrible. The stitching is all off, one cushion looks like its drooping down while the other stitching is going up. The foam that is used for the bottom cushions is already also deforming. Ive contacted macys to see if i would be able to exchangeand they are no help. I will never again buy a couch from macys.

This is a pic after 1 year! other reviews are a little dramatic. Would I recommend this couch if I had like 5 kids that would jump all over it...no. BUT it's perfect for us 2 and my cat lol. We sit on it every day and have friends over a lot and I don't need to fluff it that much, maybe every few months and only in the areas we sit on consistently. And the cushions are easily moldable so fluffing them does reshape them. Easy to clean and the different colors in the fabric hide stains pretty well. It's a good looking couch, affordable and comfortable.

Like all the other reviews the batting is bad. I have to reshape everything after we sit on it.

This is my fourth Macy's couch. My other three have been great (Not Elliots) so I took a chance despite the reviews. The one I have in my basement that is 10 years old looks nicer than this one that is less than a year old. THIS IS A JUNK. Worst purchase ever. Customer service has been out 3 times and not been helpful at all even witht the extended warranty. Total regret. Run!

Wish I would've read reviews before our purchase. Like many said before the cushions are sagging and looks so old! My "old" couch (another brand) that went to the kids playroom is in much better condition and it's many years older. Wish I would've skipped on this purchase.

Be careful when they tell you how wonderful the extended warranty is. Total waste of money. They added foam to seat cushion, because foam cushions broke down so quickly. Looked horrible. All normal size people. Sectional didn't hold up very well, and Worry No More was about as worthless as the sectional.

(6) months into my Elliott II purchase and I can easily say it's the worst purchase I've made ever made. It arrived with the skrim cover disconnected, and the support pillows were pancake flat. Two months in, and the sofá looked like it 10 years old. We're (6) months in and it's full deformed. Stacking pillows to support while you sit in (6) month old sofa is preposterous. Macy's discontinued this sofa, but not before selling them off to unsuspecting customers though. You buy at Macy's to avoid buying crap, but this unit slipped in and has done a great job of demeaning the Good Macy's name. Do you research thoroughly.
