Frustrated!

I never received the item. An incorrect item was sent instead. It has be frustrating to get this straight since it was an online item from Eloquii that I purchased through Macy's. If you are going to sell items from third parties you should make the return process just as easy. Or, sent me the correct item in the first place. The product sent wasn't even in the correct size
