No delivery!!!! No help from customer service

I have not received my merchandise. It was to be delivered the 13th! When I contacted macys the response is it’s been shipped!!!

Love the cross - chain is very thin

I love the beauty and simplicity of this sterling silver Cektic cross. However, I am worried I might lose it, since the chain is so thin! In fact I had to reorder this necklace twice, since both times the chain was so tangled, I had to exchange it once and bring it to a Macy's store to detailed it for me the second time! Even the Macy's jewelry rep had a difficult time untangling it! Word to whoever is shipping these necklaces out: you should make sure the chain is wrapped securely in a separate piece of tissue! I almost gave up on it!

Poor quality chain. Nice cross.

Within 40 days of buying this item the chain broke. Very disappointing and would have expected better quality.

Not exactly as described

I would have been more pleased with this piece if the embossing were as dark as pictured. It is very thin, and much lighter in color than shown.

BOUGHT AS A REPLACEMENT FOR ONE THAT I'VE WORN FOR MANY, MANY YEARS AND WAS VERY FINE STERLING SILVER. THE APPEARANCE IS SIMILIAR AND THE PENDANT IS A BIT SMALLER. NEVERTHELESS, I AM VERY PLEASED WITH OVERALL QUALITY OF THIS PENDANT. HAD BEEN SEARCHING FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS TRYING TO FIND THE RIGHT ONE. THE SILVER IS BRILLIANT. AS WITH MY ORIGINAL I WEAR IT 24/7. I AM PLEASED TO HAVE FINALLY FOUND A VERY SUITABLE REPLACEMENT AND I AM HAPPY WITH MY SELECTION AND PURCHASE. I'M ACCUSTOMED TO WEARING A CHAIN A BIT THICKER WITH A LOBSTER CLAW CLASP; BUT NO COMPLAINTS. THIS CHAIN IS STRUDY AND HAS YET TO COME OFF DESPITE MY ACTIVITY. LOOKS GREAT TOO. THIS PIECE WILL NOT DISSAPPOINT.
