WRONG COLOR SENT - ORDERED EMERALD- REC'D SAPPHIRE

My title says it all. I ordered Emerald, and even called before they were shipped but it was too late as they were already in transit. I will keep the Sapphire.

Pretty, but 2 shades!

I ordered the earrings online. I went to the store to pick them up. The earings were 2 different shades and cloudy. The sales rep was able to exchange them with emeralds earrings for a darker set that was less cloudy. I love my new set.

Back doesn't work!

Bought a 1st pair and lost the earring thinking it was my fault, I bought another pair because I loved the earrings. As soon as the second pair arrived, I put them on. A couple of days later, I lost the earring again! The back isn't working properly. Couldn't return them!!! Spent way too much for faulty backs!
