Not as expected

Fits odd - the straps are way far out, and I have pretty broad shoulders. The seams pucker in some areas so workmanship is not great. Lots of sequins on the floor after just a few minutes. There was so much perfume on the one delivered that I'm pretty sure someone wore this, hid the tag, and returned it.
