Didn’t get back my refund

Even after returning the item in time. I didn’t get my refund. It is more than 1 month, I thought they might have refunded so I didn’t follow up. Recently I noticed they didn’t. So upsetting with Macy’s. We trust you so we shop. Do not expect you to say the seller is third party. Please take some action.
