pretty dress but !!!!!

This dress was pretty and well made on the top. But when you put it on the waist is just elastic so when you put it on it looks chap because the elastic stretch's out and the wast looks all tucked in. It just looks funny when you put it on. a blouse would have been a better fit and not a dress. return it !!!
