Too Small and difficult to return!

I wear a size 10 and purchased a medium. I fit everywhere except the waist was way too small. If I go larger they will be too big overall. I just went to a Macys store to return on the same day I received them and they couldn't do the return because it is a 3rd party seller and their system was down! Won't be buying English Factory again!!
