Quit working after 2 months

Customer service for manufacturer is awful. The filters have orange tabs that looked like they would remove but none of the reps knew for sure. This unit started making a loud awful noise so I called to see what could be the issue. I cleaned the filter but that did not help. (Nor could I see any dust on the blades). I emailed photos to customer svc as requested, so they could see the orange tabs. No one ever got back to me even after 2 follow ups. This unit does not shut off. I am throwing it in the garbage and refusing delivery of the 2nd one I ordered just before all of this happened. My son said it helped his allergies but I am afraid it is a fire hazard by running constantly and that loud noise could be a big deal if no one is home when it starts.

Too noisy!

Noisy, and does not seem to be working. I ws uable to return it at an approprite time.

This was my first...

Started out with this small unit and have over the years bought several more but the larger ones that clean a whole room. I love them! You can really till the difference of clean fresh air, and this brand offers the uvc light that kills germs. Worth every penny. Easy to clean too. One thing about the larger units is the air comes out a bit cool, some might not like that but I'm in TX so it's perfect for here.
