DIFFICULT TO MAKE A CHANGE OF ADDRESS

As a designer, I purchased thousands of dollars or product and after noticing within 5 minutes the address was wrong I contacted Macy's and no change could be made of address. Then 3 emails and multiple calls later still no change of a simple address to a client and the piece is somewhere. This is unacceptable. The website says 30 minutes for a change after an order. This needs to be a system for those of us who purchase quantity or more often. I still have no product for my client and the 3rd party shipper never responded even after 2 business days and 3 emails.
