Macys advertises low prices, charges you for the item and then never delivers it. Has been well over a month now and multiple conversions with the overseas agents who do not have a grasp on how to speak English. Will no now delivery and no one seems to be able to help me. And no real way to speak with an actual Macys agent.
Lost in space
I originally ordered this in mid December. Only to find out that it was never shipped. It too me several phone calls and hours to find this out as Macys is clueless on their orders you place on their websit. The only people you can reach are overseas and they have no clue what is going on, how to locate the order or even provide customer service. They finally reordered it on the 3rd. The never could explain where the last one was other than the fact it was never delivered. The just want to through UPS under the bus. Fast forward it has been a month and still no delivery. It was, and states on the website it will be delivered on January 7th. The overseas “support department “ tells me the wait an additional 10 days past the reported delivery date before they will even look into it. They stat they need to provide this extra time just to be sure it doesn’t get delivered late. And throughout the multiple conversations all they wan to do is cancel my order and have me reorder it ,
Excellent piece of jewelry
Simply love the piece. It matches my rope necklace that I had purchased earlier. The only problem that I have with the bracelet does that it could use anothave link or 2?
Nice and shiny
It was a nice size and shiny. I bought it for my husband to match his chain. He loved it. It could have been a little longer though but it fit his wrist.
