BEST EVER AND I AM FINICKY!

This is a superior mascara! The EL brand speaks for itself but I will add this formula is rich, doesn’t need to be applied more than one or two coats…and I have old thin blond lashes. Very nice look, works awesome on the bottom eyelashes, Thanks for the great value, haven’t tried the eyeliner yet.
