Poor quality

I've used Estee Lauder Double Wear stay-in-place Concealer for many years due to having very dark under-eye circles. Then Estee Lauder changed the formula & packaging. It's always been overpriced, but I was willing to pay the price because it used to work. Since changing the formula, its not worth 2 cents. I won't make the mistake of buying it again.
