Not 14K Gold

I purchased this necklace as a gift. The charm is very nice but the tag on the necklace says 10Kt gold NOT 14Kt gold as advertised. In addition, when the necklace was received the chain was broken. The chain is very delicate. The cost was much too high for the actual product received.
