Perhaps the name "Fiesta" was chosen in 1936 because the famous collection comes in so many festive colors. The collection's solid colors all coordinate with one another, so feel free to mix and match. After all, what's a fiesta without mixing it up a bit?

Very sturdy - for Casserole or Cakes!

I have a pair of these pans in Flamingo (a retired pink color) and they are some of the best pans that I have owned. Whoever made my particular pans did not miss a single spot or create a single glaze error, and they are stunning. Sure, the pans and bakeware that Fiesta makes can give you a bit of sticker shock, but if you plan on keeping your pans until they outlive you then these are the ones for you. I find that these cook very evenly. Anyone that has owned Fiesta dishes knows that they rapidly conduct heat, so the baking surfaces in this pan really shine. I mostly use these for cakes, but I would imagine that most people would use them to bake chicken or the like. Overall, you might need to amass a small fortune to purchase these, but they are well worth it, and Made in the USA!
