Great all around pan

Excellent work horse of a pan, the heat distribution on the flat surface is very even, not too heavy that it is unwieldy. I particularly like the high side which is rare on stainless pans, less oil on the counter top and better at stir fry. Tho I do wish the handle is cooler, might be the hot air trapped in the open ended handle. And please bring the flat surface Original Profi pans to US

High Quality!!!

Looking at the pictures online I thought this pan would be light weight and the hand could have sharp edges BUT WOW what a beautiful soft edges and high quality stainless steel pan. I even learned how to fry eggs with ease and nothing will stick. Fissler never disappoints.
