Wristband broke early
My wristband broke as well after only one year.

The battery life of the 4 generation is only one week, the 2 generation is almost two weeks. The most important question is that I received Fitbit 4 at Aug 21, 2021 and he watchband broke suddenly at Oct 11, 2022. I can't wear it anymore, I don't know if there's any way to fix this.
Bad quality
It last just 2 months and died. Very disappointed!

Love everything it offers! The functions are easy to us and the design is sleek and trendy!
Not worth buying
My Charge 4 was nothing but a headache during the short time it did function. It stopped working after 9 months. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Fitbit crap one
This is my 2nd one. It stops tracking. It's only like 5 months old. I'm not happy. Do not buy this one.
