Does Not Deliver

I absolutely loved my watch when I first bought it. Within the last week my watch stopped working. I can tell because the green light stopped blinking in the back of the watch. Yes, it has been fully charged. I haven't even owned this watch for a year. So disappointed.

I love it!! Plain, simple and perfect for what I want to track which is my steps and my sleep.

Not happy to buy it from macys

for first 2-3 months, it worked fine but after that notifications started to give problem, did reboot and everything. Macy customer service was not helpful with exchange or return or store credit options. Had to spend too much time on call with Macys and store visit. Finally Fitbit customer service was able to help.

Fun Fitbit

This has very nice features and holds the charge for a long time. I would you LF have given it a 5 if there were better color choices. Overall, it’s my favorite Fitbit to date.

Not a very useful heart rate monitor

The size of the font for the heart rate monitor is very tiny, and it only stays on the screen for seconds. It also takes several taps even to get there.

Perfect Christmas gift!

The only gift my oldest granddaughter wanted for Christmas was this smart watch. Of course I didn't give it to her yet, but I definitely know what her reaction will be. Love, love, love it!
