I previously owned a Fitbit Alta and I loved it. I'm not into the big, fat devices. I prefer the thinner profile. So when my Alta died I went with the Luxe as it was the thinnest Fitbit had with the rubber band. I wish they stuck with the Alta. Ya know, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Anyway, the Luxe is a little problematic. Had trouble syncing and updating. Not thrilled with the screen readout either. BUT, it does the job and the price was good.
Attractive and Good for Tracking Activity
I have used a Fitbit for about the last 8 years. I upgraded my Fitbit to the Luxe a few months ago, and I love it. It’s slimmer than most smart watches and trackers. The band is a soft silicon. I was able to get other colors of band online to change the look. The watch is easy to read and bright. It monitors my heart rate, daily steps, exercise zone minutes, sleep and occasionally, I log in my food.

this Fitbit does it’s job. Worth the price. On flip side the touch is not sensitive enough. I had to tap multiple times to awaken the tracker.

Not Worth the Price or the Aggravation
I gave this item one star because it’s pretty. Otherwise it’s junk. Won’t sync with the app, battery is inconsistent; sometimes a full charge lasts four or five days and sometimes not even a full day. Setting the alarm is difficult for no reason. You need to actually tap the face twice to see the time, and that only works “sometimes.” It’s not user friendly or reliable. I won’t buy another Fitbit product for sure.
