Too Many Issues

I am a huge fan/supporter of Fitbit as a company. But I have had too many issues with the Blaze. It was fine for about a week when I first got it. After that I started having issues and it has progressively gotten worse. Currently, on 3/14/18, my Blaze was at 100% battery when I unplugged it at 8 am. The Blaze was dead by 9 am the same day. I contacted Fitbit about this issue and they sent me a new pebble (the actual tracker part that pops out of the band) for free. But they have since discontinued the Blaze. This is a little alarming considering the Blaze is still fairly new.

Disappointing

I received this product for Christmas and it was the only gift I had asked for. The first time I put it on the charger it added 40,000 steps. I ignored it thinking it was a first time glitch, so I waited it out and just used it for a few days until it needed charged again. When I was using it, it was adding steps constantly whether I was moving or not. It would add 50 steps while I was sitting in bed not moving my arms at all. I put it back on the charger a few days later when it was close to dying, and the next morning it had added 11,000 steps overnight while it was on the charger. I am not sure why this happens, but I did all the troubleshooting and it still was very inaccurate. I returned this product and am hoping a new one will work better. I had a friend who recently told me that she had similar issues and had to return/replace her FitBit 4x before she got one that worked and was accurate. This is very disappointing for such a front-running and big company.

Love It!

I ordered this on the Dec 23rd and was told I would have it by 1/4/17. Well I received it at noon on Dec 27th. I was so surprised. It was easy to set up. I'm so excited to wear it.

Lost it's luster....

I loved the bright fushia pink, after 4 months its lost its luster and its turning a inky blue color. Disappointing. I would consider a dark color next time.

Love it!

This is just the motivation that I need to keep moving. I love that I can get phone notification on the watch screen. The alarm and gently reminders to move are great! It is stylish and fits well. No complaints!
