Shipping problem

I purchased this for my mother’s birthday and she has not received it yet. Reason on tracking report says UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. What can be done here?

To my dismay you can't return to Macys, if they don't fit right! Read the bottom near the description of the product, about returns. Macys should state this in larger TEXT!
