Macys is now selling USED items marked as New

Received my order rather quickly. Upon seeing and opening the box, it was noticeable that the shoes were not new. The box was loose, not tightly packaged. The shoes have scuffs. NOT NEW. This is very bad news for these companies that are trying to get away with selling used items and labeling them as new. Nobody in their right mind would pay for something that should be for sale at a thrift store. SHAME ON MACYS and their "QC" (lack thereof).

Nice comfortable shoes!

Very comfortable shoes and they have a good look. If your a purist and like to actually put pennies in your penny loafers these are not the shoes for you. The front strap is just for looks and will not hold your penny. Soles have a strong tread and shoes fit to size just right. No need for break in they were comfortable out of the box. They say the uppers are leather but seem like leathet backed with another material to make them seem thicker, not sure but seems that way.
