Do not believe the hype

This isn't down...it's feather and this company shouldn't be allowed to advertise it as down. It's hard, lumpy, prickly, and so uncomfortable! All I needed was 1 night to know this was NOT what it was advertised and hyped to be.

NOT what was expected

I placed an order for Fluffco’s down feather pillow. What I received was an exceptionally hard, lumpy and uncomfortably prickly FEATHER pillow. Fluffco states that their pillows are found in the finest hotels. Don’t believe the hype! They don’t accept returns on their own site for obvious reasons. I was hesitant to purchase without the comfort of knowing that it was returnable if it didn’t live up to expectations…I’m so grateful to have purchased it from Macy’s as this item is returnable if purchased from this department store. Thank goodness I wasn’t stuck with these. My dog and cat beds provide more comfort than this pillow!

Not So FluffCo

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the pillow. It is firmer than expected (I bought “Soft”), and the pillow casing is a crackly cotton material. Not the cozy pillow I expected, especially for the price.

Poor quality

I purchased the fluff pillows, and I was very disappointed. They are definitely were not worth the price. They are flat and have no support whatsoever. I returned them would not recommend.

nice cover, little stuffing

This well made pillow is flat and lacking filling. I put it in the dryer after arrival to fluff it up, but it didn't make any difference. I can' recommend this pillow to anyone.

Too Flat, No Support

Unfortunately the "soft" pillow was way too flat, with absolutely no support. I like a soft pillow because I'm a side sleeper and firmer pillows cause ear pain, but this pillow was so flat that it still caused ear and neck pain. I think that some people would love, but not me.
